Cancels a booked schedule run that has not been dispatched yet

/api/v1/{tenantId}/schedule-bookings/{bookingId}/cancel
Revolution Core keeps the bookings and cancels only a Queued one. 404 when the tenant has no booking with this id; 409 when it is no longer Queued (being dispatched, started, failed or already cancelled). A cancelled booking is kept, with status Cancelled and who cancelled it.
Plugin API access: this operation accepts a plugin JWT (PluginBearer) for its own tenant.
